COVID-19 કેવા કેસોમાં ગેસ્ટ્રો સર્જરી (પેટના રોગો ની સર્જરી) કરવાની જરૂર પડે છે?
- COVID-19 ને કારણે લોહી ગંઠાવાની પ્રક્રિયા વધી જાય છે અને તેને લીધે આંતરડાને લોહી આપતી નસ બ્લોક થઈ જાય અને તેને લીધે આંતરડું કાળું પડી જાય કે તેમાં કાણું પડી જાય તો ઈમરજન્સી સર્જરી કરાવવાની જરૂર પડે છે.
- પેટના અંગોની ઈમરજન્સી સર્જરી જેવી કે એપેન્ડિક્સમાં રસી થઈ જવા, પિતાશયમાં પથરીને લીધે પાક થઇ જવો કે ફૂટી જવું અને અન્ય કારણોસર આંતરડાં કે હોજરી માં કાણું પડવું અને તેમાંથી પેટમાં ચેપ ફેલાવાથી જો સમયસર સર્જરી ન કરવામાં આવે તો તે જોખમી થઈ શકે છે.
ઉપરોક્ત કારણોસર કોરોના ને લીધે અથવા પેટની ઈમરજન્સી સાથે COVID નું ઇન્ફેકશન હોય તો પણ તાત્કાલિક સર્જરી કરાવવાની જરૂર પડે છે.
COVID19 ની સર્જરીમાં કઈ બાબતોનું ધ્યાન રાખવું પડે છે?
- COVID પોઝિટિવ દર્દીની સર્જરી દરમિયાન ઓપેરશન માં હાજર ટીમ ને ચેપ લાગવાની થવાની શક્યતાઓ વધારે રહેલ હોય છે. તેના માટે નેગેટીવ પ્રેશર સિસ્ટમ સાથે ઓપરેશન થિયેટર અને તેમાં COVID પ્રોટોકોલ સાથે સર્જરી કરવામાં આવે છે.
- જો ઓપરેશન પહેલા દર્દીને COVID નો ચેપ ફેફસામાં ચેપ લાગેલો હોય તો સર્જરી પછી વેન્ટિલેટર સપોર્ટ ની શક્યતા વધારે રહે છે.
- ઓપરેશન પછી લોહી પાતળું કરવાના ઇન્જેક્શન તાત્કાલિક ચાલુ કરી શકતા નથી અને તેને કારણે લોહી ગંઠાવાની અને લોહી ઓછું થઇ જવાની શક્યતાઓ વધુ રહેલ હોય છે.
- મોટાભાગે આ દર્દીઓ ક્રિટીકલ હોય છે અને તેને લીધે સર્જરી પછી આઇસીયુ, વેન્ટિલટર અને ક્રિટિકલ ટીમ સ્પેશ્યલિસ્ટ એક સારા રિઝલ્ટ માટે મહત્વનો ભાગ ભજવે છે.
