COVID 19 માં ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ થાય છે?
- Covid-19 માં મોટાભાગે શ્વાસ નળી અને ફેફસાંને અસર થાય છે પરંતુ ૨૫થી ૩૦% આ કેસમાં ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ પણ જોવા મળે છે. જેમ કે ઝાડા થવા, ઉલટી થવી, પેટમાં દુખાવો અને ભૂખ ઓછી લાગવી.
ગેસ્ટ્રો-પ્રોબ્લેમ covid-19 મા તાવ વગર જોવા મળે છે ?
- Covid-19 ના કેટલાક કેસમાં ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ બાદ તાવ આવે છે અને કેટલાક કેસમાં તાવ આવ્યા બાદ ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ જોવા મળે છે.
COVID 19 ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમની ટ્રીટમેન્ટ શું છે અને તેનું રિઝલ્ટ કેવું આવે છે ?
- ગેસ્ટ્રો પ્રોબ્લેમ મોટા ભાગે પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં પાણી અને ખોરાક લેવા સાથે ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપચાર ની સાથે આરામ કરવાથી જ સારું થઇ જાય છે. જો વધુ પડતી તકલીફ હોય તો ડૉક્ટર ને બતાવીને લક્ષણો પ્રમાણે બેઝિક મેડિસિને લેવી જોઈએ. પરંતુ આ સમયગાળા માં બીજા ફેમિલી મેમ્બર માં રોગ ટ્રાન્સમિટ ના થાય તેની કાળજી લેવી જોઈએ અને આઇસોલેશન થઇ ને પૂરતી તકેદારી રાખવી જરૂરી છે.
COVID-19 ઇન્ફેક્શન લાગ્યું હોય તો ખોરાક બાબતે શું ધ્યાન રાખવું જોઈએ?
- પ્રવાહી પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં લેવું, સીઝન ના તાજા ફળો અને લીલા શાકભાજીનો આહાર લેવો. પ્રોટીન યુક્ત (કઠોળ & પનીર) નો આહાર લેવો કે જે ઈન્ફેક્શન સામે લડવા માટે રોગપ્રતિકારક શક્તિ આપે છે.
